Breakfast waiter / waitress

Harts Restaurant is currently recruiting for a Breakfast Waiter/Waitress. In this role, we are looking for a true hospitality professional, with the flair to deliver service at the highest level.

Experience within a similar venue would be an advantage although not essential

As a Breakfast Waiter/Waitress, your main role will be to:

· welcome guests in a friendly and engaging manner

· demonstrate excellent knowledge of food and beverage menus to guests

· provide prompt, friendly and efficient service

· personalise and engage with guests at every opportunity

· maximise sales opportunities, upsell where appropriate

· create an emotional engagement with guests, thus creating exceptional memories

· be responsible for ensuring bills are dealt with accurately

· maximise service delivery opportunities

· excellent knowledge of food & beverage

· previous experience in a similar 4
