Bar Manager

Ava bar is an exciting new concept opening soon in Watford. We are seeking a skilled Bar Manager to run our bar operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cul hospitality, and bartending. As a Bar Manager, you will be responsible for managing the bar operation, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality service standards., Oversee daily bar operations and manage inventory
- Train, supervise, and schedule bar staff
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Create innovative drink menus and promotions
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate food and beverage offerings

Previous experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, bartending, and kitchen operations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Cocktail skills

- Ability to lead by example in a very hands on role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Understanding of food safety standards and regulations
