Full Job Description
We are looking for an experienced telecoms sales person to join our team. You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and being at the forefront of South Wales telecoms & mobile broadband sales. As a Sales account manager, you should work to satisfy customers' needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented.
Ultimately, you should be able to grow our business by building successful, long-term client relationships whilst keeping on top of daily admin tasks, which include credit checks, contracts, creating connection templates and updating our CRM Salesforce.
Duties include:
Cold calling new businesses (small, large or farm) to generate leads and sales appointments to sell them a wide range of telecommunications products and services. Offering our personal service and raising awareness that we are a local Welsh brand.
Face to face appointment setting and raising awareness of our rural broadband service to rural and countryside towns and villages.
Attending our trade stands at various livestock markets / shows and being the face of the business.
Face to face appointments to test broadband signal strength with various customer enquiries around South & West Wales.
Signing up new customers, working customer pipelines & searching for new business.
Contacting existing customers who are due an upgrade with their mobile phone, mobile broadband, fibre, cloud voice or phone system.
Negotiating new packages and services.
Delivering and setting up the new phones.
Other duties include:
Finding new business opportunities.
Selling additional products and services.
Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
Develop positive relationships with clients
Act as the point of contact and handle customers' individual needs
Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
Supervise account representatives to ensure sales increase
Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives

Laptop, phone & fuel card provided.
Use of own vehicle required initially. Branded company vehicle provided after the successful completion of a 6 month trial period.
Hours of work are Monday-Friday 830am-6pm
