Full Job Description

Chrysalis Homecare are looking for a Administrator (Care Management System monitoring) to join our fantastic Homecare team based in Anchorage Quay, Manchester.

You will be monitoring our Care Management System to ensure compliance with all service user scheduled visits, action alerts generated by non-compliance, ensuring the field-based care team are working to their daily rota efficiently, effectively and safely. You will work closely with our Care Coordinators, Field Care Supervisor team, Care Manager and Registered Manager to ensure we continuously provide an excellent, compliant, and quality service.

Some of the key responsibilities involved in the role:

  • Developing good working relationships with our field and office team

  • Supporting the team with growth

  • Monitoring the effectiveness of the service

  • Ensuring any unconfirmed visits can be reconciled

  • Daily reconciliation of electronic call monitoring data and report any remaining disputed visits

  • Producing electronic call monitoring reports

  • Following up alerts, investigate unconfirmed visits

  • Ensuring ended packages are inactive to avoid charges or financial contractual penalties

  • Ensuring that all annual leave, sickness and maternity and other absence information is processed for payment

  • Supporting branch with all administrative duties

  • First point of contact for all data queries

  • Providing on-going support to service users, their families, and friend
