Full Job Description

  • Support the production of site packs through the printing and folding of Drawings

  • Maintaining all customer correspondence with respect to projects, archiving of completed contract documentation, email management, document tracking and archiving.

  • Assisting with drawings to/from the shop floor, despatch notes and hand over to courier's

  • Sending correspondence and documentation to customers, maintaining document transmittal records


  • Maintaining paper records, filing, collating, checking, photocopying, scanning as required

  • Maintaining electronic records, databases, spreadsheets


  • Ensuring all projects are conforming to all QA for documentation

  • Chase up of outstanding documentation

  • Travel bookings.

  • General admin duties such as typing, shredding, monitor of stationery cupboard and reordering stock, maintenance of printers and their supplies, post distribution

  • Reception cover, including answering the telephone

  • Laying out and clearing up of refreshments for meetings (coffee, buffets)

    Proven administration experience,

  • Good organisation skills


  • Attention to detail

  • Good interpersonal skills and not afraid to challenge


  • Good skills/experience in Word, Excel, Outlook, databases


  • Personal Qualities (essential):
  • Able to work under pressure, to strict deadlines, sometimes juggling multiple demands

  • Able to work on own initiative


  • Willingness to learn and be pro-active


  • Flexibility over hours from time-to-time

  • Good personal skills, comfortable with meeting/greeting visitors

  • Good telephone manner
