Damira Dental Studios are looking for new apprentice accountants! You will be studying toward your Accounts Assistant Level 2 apprenticeship qualification. Duties include maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.,

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

  • Process invoices, receipts, and payments.

  • Assist with data entry and ensure the accuracy of financial information.

  • Support month-end closing activities, including preparing monthly financial reports.

  • Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.

  • Assist in preparing journal entries.

  • Support accounts payable and receivable functions.

  • Process and follow up on customer invoices and vendor payments.

  • Resolve discrepancies and issues related to accounts.

  • Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.

  • Help analyse financial data and trends.

  • Provide support for budgeting and forecasting activities.

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

  • Assist with internal and external audits.

  • Prepare documentation and gather information as needed for audits.

  • Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organising financial documents.

  • Assist with other administrative tasks as required by the finance team.

    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Level 2 Apprentice Accountant to join our finance team. This role is designed for individuals who are in the early stages of their accounting career and are eager to gain practical experience while working towards their accounting qualifications. The successful candidate will assist in various accounting tasks, contributing to the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations., Strong verbal and written communication skills, high accuracy and attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively are essential. The candidate should be able to work collaboratively within a team environment.
