Full Job Description

  • Manage an existing patch of clients with associated revenue targets

  • Identify key growth opportunities, engage with relevant stakeholders and deliver profitable initiatives

  • Establish and maintain strong, enduring clients relationships, specifically at c-suite / senior leadership level. Explore new solutions as well as ensure growth and retention of existing business.

  • Recommend solutions to ad hoc client needs

  • Maintain an active awareness of the market trends (economic, regulatory, competitive and technology), to identify business opportunities, subsequently influencing and driving appropriate solutions

    Strong familiarity with the Banking & Financial Services industry

  • Extensive experience and expert skill in managing sales relationships, with a clear and proven ability to communicate and build relationships with both senior level and front line employees

  • The ideal candidate will develop professional working relationships with key contacts and senior level stakeholders within Equifax and throughout the industry.

  • The role requires a proven aptitude in creating and delivering effective executive-level presentations and materials.

  • Experience and accountability for managing and influencing cross-functional relationships

  • Full PC literacy including the customer relationship management system (CRM) and Google Workspace, preferred

  • Travel required - Customer, prospect and partner meetings, team meetings, industry events and conference

    We are looking for an experienced Account Director to join our nationally field-based team and play a key role in expanding Equifax's share of wallet within our Top Accounts program. You will engage proactively with clients on a consultative basis to learn its business, anticipate its needs and then create and position our solutions leading to closing high value and multi year contracts. You will understand the challenges faced by clients and adapt the use of Equifax solutions to demonstrate a clear return on investment for the customer. You will become a "trusted advisor" to the client to identify and solve client problems across the customer lifecycle ensuring Equifax is recognised as a strategic partner.


  • Selling data, software and analytics capabilities to some of the largest companies within the UK. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a NASDAQ listed, market leading organisation, embarking on a period of significant investment and ambitious growth plans.

    You will be supported by a team of specialists, consultants and product experts. Delivering first class accounts and thought leadership to an established multi million pound revenue account base. You will own and execute the growth strategy for delivering an exceptional customer experience and existing and new business revenue generation within your portfolio. Responsible for maintaining and growing the contracted base along with increasing our presence within these established accounts whilst creating new revenue streams across Consumer, Commercial, Fraud & I.D solution channels. On occasion there may be an opportunity to pursue a new logo entity to complement the existing portfolio in order to exceed target. Planning and collaboration are key to success in this role for those with a growth mindset.

    Success in this role is dependent on the ability to identify industry client and market needs, collaborate with sales channels and cross-functional COEs, and work to develop, design, and sell strong value-added solutions.
