Full Job Description

Reporting to the Sales and Installations Manager you will deliver high standards of service and provide excellent support to B D Living customers and ensure delivery of Bedroom Furniture to every customer within the designated timelines.
What will I be responsible for?

  • Support all customers in a welcoming, professional and efficient manner, delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Respond to all enquiries and process quotes and orders in line with the Service Level Agreement.

  • Provide expertise in BD Living's product range and processes to Customers and Divisions'.

  • Take responsibility for managing a Regional Account, ensuring that all information is proactively gathered and the installation works are completed as required.

  • Ensure that all paperwork is up to date, and required reports are completed within deadlines.

  • Develop and maintain close and effective working relationships with all relevant internal colleagues and customers.

  • Ensure all paperwork is in place to enable fitting to be done "right first time".

  • Take ownership for investigating and recording all remedial and customer care orders.

  • Exceptional communication skills.

  • Driven, organised and self-motivated with good time management skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast paced busy environment with the ability to quickly analyse, manage and make the correct decision independently.

  • Strong MS Office skills required.
