Young Adult Carers Support Worker (Transitions Team)
Area: North Norfolk & Norwich. Hours: 28 hours per week. Salary: £21,600 (pro rata)
We are looking for a motivated, resilient and experienced person to support Young Adult Carers aged 16 to 24 inclusive, who provide regular and substantial care for a family member with a long
term physical illness, disability, mental health condition, learning disability or affected by another's substance misuse problem. Relevant experience required. Use of car essential.

The deadline for applications is 9am, Wednesday 21st November 2018

Interviews are scheduled for the week commencing Monday 26th November 2018 in Norwich.
