Salary:  £17,924.22 (Pro-rata)
Hours:  24.5hrs (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 9-5pm & Friday 10.30am - 12.30pm) (possibly extending to 30hrs funding dependant)

Waves is a 12-month recovery programme designed to provide understanding, tools, learning, support and connections for people managing a diagnosis or traits of a personality disorder. We focus heavily on identity outside of diagnosis, personal responsibility, aims, and creating meaning and empowerment whilst instilling hope into each individual. These essential components help to promote positive change and reflective self-awareness throughout.

It runs every Monday and Wednesday from 10-4 at a beautiful city centre location. Morning sessions are dedicated to psychoeducation and skills based learning, whilst the afternoons offer a variety of social and creative based activities providing opportunities to put learning into practice and help build connections with others.

Thursdays are dedicated to administration and preparation for the course.

Fridays are to assist the running of our social coffee morning for current and ex-attendees of the recovery programme.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate individual to join our team (possibly extending to four days depending on future funding) to assist in the running and delivery of our service. We require an experienced individual to join the small team in facilitating and delivering sessions to the attendees and assisting setting up the programme of events.  The successful applicant will also be required to support group attendees with their mental and physical well-being, and provide crisis interventions if required.
