Vehicle Sales Administrator

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced Vehicle Sales Administrator to join our busy team. This role will suit someone with strong organisational, data entry and communication skills.  

Your Duties Will Include:  

  • Providing a strong support function for the sales team .
  • Processing purchase and sales orders in a timely manner  
  • Some accounts functions including bank entry, sales and purchase ledger.  
  • General office duties Working towards and meeting monthly deadlines. 

Key Skills will include:  

  • The ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage a busy workload. 
  • Excellent listening and communication skills  
  • Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry skills.  
  • Organisational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize multiple orders. 
  • The ability to work as part of a team. 
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite, Sage and CRM software. 

Based in Norwich, this is a full time position working Monday to Friday. Full support and training will be provided A competitive package will be based on the persons skills and ability, along with 4 weeks holiday. A clean driving licence is an advantage but not essential.
