Applications invited for Trustees for Multi Academy Trust

KWEST Multi Academy Trust

Confident lifelong learners for an optimistic future

On 1st March 2018 KWEST Multi Academy Trust was formed. It comprises 7 schools which were previously under the governance of the Local Authority, Norfolk County Council.

We are a mixture of large and small primary schools two infant schools and a large school for those with complex needs. All schools were previously judged Good at their last inspections.

Our vision is to become a world class, outward looking organisation which celebrates the successes and merits of our region. We have a drive to support an increase in social mobility by providing our children and young people with the skills and ambition to influence and develop anywhere on this planet.

We are looking to recruit additional Trustees to join the Board of this innovative organisation.

We would particularly welcome interest from free-thinking solution focused individuals. They will have significant business leader experience with an understanding of human resources, IT, finance, accounting, project management and succession planning. A background in the armed forces, legal, financial, industry, commerce or public service would all offer significant skill mixes. A sound understanding of education and curriculum development although relevant is not essential.

These positions are on a voluntary basis and require stamina and commitment. You will be required to attend three Directors (Trustees) meetings and three Advisory meetings per year in addition to occasional school visits and a couple of hours per week to read and research relevant literature.

For further informal discussion please contact CEO, Paul Donkersloot on 01553 970033.

Alternatively please forward your CV by clicking on the ''apply via email'' button.
