Established Worldwide Bath Business is looking for a Technical Project Manager. Reporting to the Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing the delivery, installation and commissioning of the company's Management Systems on a global basis.

How your day will look;

* Work directly with customers to manage the project delivery plan in all aspects. Regular and clear communication with customers is central to the role and this could be via phone, e-mail or face to face as required.
* Develop detailed project delivery plans and budgets, and maintain an accurate copy of both throughout the projects.
* Regular visits to customer sites (predominantly South-East Asia) to review progress and maintain alignment in understanding of the project status, and to communicate and agree any changes in the project plan.
* Liaise with the Supply Chain Team, and Third Party Suppliers, to ensure all deliverables are ordered and manufactured in accordance with the project plan, and to anticipate and manage supply chain risks.
* Plan shipments of products to customers and manage risks associated with supply chain and logistics.
* Monitor and manage project cost throughout and ensure the Finance Team are aware of any financial risks to the project budgets.
* Arrange training for customers both on site and at head office. Liaising with the Customer Service Team to deliver the training according to the agreed plan.
* Ensure the Quality Manager is involved in projects and standard quality procedures are being observed throughout.
* Maintaining clear updates to the management team, of progress and highlighting potential risks to successful delivery of the project.
* Arrange the delivery of demonstration systems to potential customers and organise installation of equipment and training of customers on site.
* Ensure demonstration systems are in kept in a complete and ready state, enabling rapid response to requests for demonstration installations.
* Assist the sales team with technical proposals and contribute to the drafting of contracts.

The following skills are required. However, the company will not expect you to have outstanding experience within each category, and will help to provide daily support in areas of;

* Willingness to travel anywhere in the world for periods of 2-3 weeks and 2-3 week intervals. Experience of working in South-East Asia is essential.
* Significant experience of working on site with customers, meeting with and presenting to high level customer representatives.
* Willingness to work on site with customers at 'shop floor' level, assisting with day to day management and organisation of installation and troubleshooting.
* The ability to confidently present to customers and internal stakeholders in a clear and convincing manner.
* Excellent relationship building skills with customers at all levels of seniority and ability. The ability to understand and plan around the constraints our customers face is essential for the role.
* Excellent organisational and planning skills. Creation and maintenance of detailed project schedules which will be shared with the customer.
* Experience of creating and maintaining budgets, tracking cost and highlighting risks to the budget at the earliest opportunity.
* Accomplished in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Visio.
* Experience of reviewing and working with formal contracts, and managing contract compliance throughout the project.
* Experience of supply chain principles and challenges, ideally in the electronics market.

Experience within PC Application Development, IP Network Design, Configuration and Security Principles, Electronics Product Development, Electronics Manufacturing & Formal Project Management Training is highly desirable, and will make you stand out against the crowd.
