We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Teacher of Performing Arts to join the Venture team.  This post offers teachers of all experience levels a fantastic next step and involves the opportunity to lead our Academy Performances and Musicals. 
For teachers wishing to join a passionate team we have excellent development and training to enable you to focus on your own practice in the classroom and within a dedicated team.
For experienced candidates looking for a new challenge we have opportunities to work beyond the classroom as a part of the Ignite Teaching School. 
 
Ormiston Venture Academy is an outstanding academy (Ofsted May 2013) where the contributions and aspirations of students and staff alike are valued.  We have a culture of collaboration and are wholly committed to the development of our staff to ensure you have access to the best professional opportunities through both the Ignite Teaching School and our partnerships beyond Venture.
