You will work within an improving faculty reinvigorating the teaching of Design Technology and Art at Wayland Academy Norfolk.

The successful candidate will be required to teach Design Technology and Art - Product Design at Key Stage 4, a range of technology subjects at Key Stage 3, as well as Art and Design to lower years.
This position is suitable for experienced teachers or an NQT.

Design Technology and Art sit within the Faculty of Mathematics, creating opportunities to share good practice and STEM.

You will be:
- Passionate about Design Technology and Art and have excellent academic qualifications and thorough subject knowledge.
- Able to combine academic rigour and achievement with enjoyment of the subject.
- Equipped to plan and deliver consistently good or outstanding lessons.

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. Candidates must be willing to undergo child protection screening appropriate to the post including checks with past employers and the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
