Talent Acquisition Administrator

The Job

Our client is one of the fastest growing tech companies in Europe with offices in Liverpool and London. The company needs a Talent Acquisition Administrator to assist the internal recruitment function.

Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition you will provide day to day admin support; you'll be the first point of contact for the TA team and you will take ownership of and be responsible for the end-to-end TA administrative processes.

This role will require you to communicate with both internal and external stakeholders with a variety of recruitment queries. You will be someone who loves the detail, is very organised, enjoys liaising with people at all levels in the business and likes coordinating tasks, interviews, meetings, etc.

This would be a wonderful entry role for someone into talent acquisition or a great growth role for someone who wants to own and drive efficiencies in the TA function.

We are looking for someone with TA admin experience in a commercial business who has a good understanding of data and metrics.

The Responsibilities

  • Daily TA admin duties and maintaining administrative systems
  • Liaising with all managers across the business to ensure vacancies are up to date and being the point of support for their recruitment
  • Maintain tracking of KPIs and reporting analysis
  • Posting job ads internally and externally
  • Responsible for monitoring advertising and application response
  • Setting up interviews for vacancies with direct candidates and recruitment agencies
  • Arrange candidate assessments including psychometric test, Strengths Finder, etc
  • Be a point of contact for a candidate throughout the recruitment process
  • Assist with the offer and rejection process
  • Create offer letters and contacts
  • Own new starter inductions and onboarding
  • Managing the exiting process

  • Strong ability to manage TA administrative duties
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent customer service skills; being amicable and respectful
