Beat is looking for an outstanding Supporter Development Manager to join a growing and highly ambitious fundraising team. The post-holder will have a solid track record of success in Individual Giving fundraising techniques.

This is a new post, which will play a key role in re-shaping Beats approach to donor recruitment and retainment.  The post-holder will bring together a strategic approach which joins more closely together our Community Fundraising and Individual Fundraising programmes. In addition to managing our appeals and regular giving, the post-holder will line manage the Community Fundraising team and look for ways to promote cross-pollination between the two disciplines.

The fundraising team of 9 are highly ambitious. We are looking to increase annual income from c. £1.5m to >£5m over the next 4 years or so. In 2017/18 Community Fundraising is aiming to increase from c. £300k to £500k and individual income to increase the number of regular donors from 300 to 900.

We are seeking someone who has a real eye for raising donor lifetime value and is confident in developing the data-systems required.  This post will be based in Norwich with occasional travel to the London office.

The role is based in comfortable offices in Central Norwich, with occasional visits to our London and Warrington offices.
