STUDENT BEHAVIOUR MANAGER

SCALE H POINT 29-31 (£21,868 to £23,315)

37 HOURS PER WEEK/TERM TIME PLUS ONE WEEK

REQUIRED SEPTEMBER/OCTOBER 2019

We are looking to appoint a senior member of the Student Support Team to support students and deliver the Academys behaviour and attendance policies. The successful candidate will manage and co-ordinate the daily activities of the Behaviour Unit within the Inclusion Centre and will contribute to the development of other related strategic pastoral initiatives in the Academy and in liaison with partner agencies. This will include contributing to a multi-agency approach in order to promote emotional wellbeing, good mental health, positive behaviour and high attendance among children and young people.

The Student Support Team will assist Academy staff and partner professionals in the identification and support of those young people with, or at risk of, developing emotional and behavioural problems. The Student Support Team will also provide a lead in the provision of multi-agency support to targeted individual families.

Attleborough Academy Norfolk is a popular, 11 to 18 Academy which is continually developing to meet the demands of providing the highest quality education for all students.
