£18,795 - £21,166 per annum

37 hours per week, permanent contracts full and part time hours available.

 

Our transformation agenda in Norfolk Childrens Service is succeeding for children and young people.

We are transforming our social care model and as a result we are looking to expand our highly skilled operational support teams.  Now is a fantastic time to join us and become an integral part of our service. If you have good solid administrative skills and are you looking for a challenge, we would like to hear from you. 

 

We are seeking self-motivated, proficient and enthusiastic administrators to join our busy Operational Support Teams, who support the social care teams within Childrens Services. We have opportunities at various locations across Norfolk including:

 

Norwich

Great Yarmouth

Kings Lynn

Cromer

Long Stratton

Dereham

 

The skills we are looking for and you should be able to demonstrate are:

  • Comprehensive ICT skills across a range of MS Office packages and finance packages
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, at all levels
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
  • Ability to organise meetings and take accurate minutes
  • Team Working, ability to build professional relationships and be friendly and approachable
  • Professional conduct and ability to manage sensitive information, being aware of Data Protection and Information Management 
  • Problem solving including some data analysis.

 

You will be part of an established and supportive team and full training will be provided. We are a flexible employer and adopt a smarter working approach.
