1 x Senior Administrator - full time , permanent role
Lifeline Project is a national charity dedicated to improving the lives of individuals, families and communities affected by drugs and alcohol. We build real and sustained change through responsive local services.
Lifeline delivers a forward thinking and aspirational Service at HMP Warren Hill and HMP & YOI Hollesley Bay, to support sentenced offenders experiencing drug/alcohol problems. To support this we are seeking talented, experienced and passionate individuals.
An opportunity has arisen to recruit Senior Administrator to work within these challenging services.
The successful candidate for the Senior Administrator role will have experience and/or an understanding of:
Developing and maintaining record-keeping systems including service databases/systems
Maintaining integral filing and archiving systems consisting of confidential information
Collating and analysing data for service development/performance purposes
Providing a range of administrative/secretarial support including minute taking
Dealing with general enquires professionally, from both staff and service users
Arranging service related activities by demonstrating organisational and communication skills
Working within the unique challenges of a secure and diverse environment
Working professionally, flexibly and creatively, promoting a culture of positive change
Understanding issues of social exclusion, diversity, offending and substance use
Working collaboratively with colleagues, prison and community services
