Senior Account Manager Liquidline are the UKs fastest growing coffee solutions provider and are proud to make work culture an influential part of our growth and expansion process. We are now looking for an exceptional and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team based in Ipswich, on a full-time permanent basis.  

We are transitioning our client management team from a primary role of supporting the sales team, to more of an account management function developing key accounts.  We are looking for exceptional candidates who can help successfully make that transition.

Going forward, as a Senior Account Manager you will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders in order to sustain and grow our business. This role is responsible for managing and developing client accounts, as well as being responsible for leading the team of client account managers dedicated to understanding and meeting the operational needs of assigned client groups and supporting the sales team.

Your key responsibilities as a Senior Account Manager will include:

  • Helping to design and lead the transition from client and sales support into deeper account management for business growth

  • Liaising between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and fix issues that arise.

  • Regularly reviewing list of current customers, ensuring accounts are up to date

  • Forecasting and tracking key account metrics (eg quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) for self and team and prepare reports on accounts as appropriate

  • Setting direction with clear objectives and KPIs

  • Giving performance feedback in monthly 121s and half yearly and annual reviews.

  • Coach and support development and growth

  • Understand motivators and engaging team

Skills and Attributes:

  • BSc Degree in Sales, Business Management or equivalent preferred

  • Trained in account management techniques and practices

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager and leading a team

  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills both verbal and written.

  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and board-level

This is a full-time, permanent role with working hours Monday to Friday, 07.30am to 5pm. In return for the ideal candidate is a salary of between £ £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (based on experience). You will also receive great benefits including; profit share scheme, holiday allowance, company gym, BBQ breakfast when targets are met and a full induction programme to ease you into the role.
