Scheduling and Service Delivery Coordinator

Scheduling and Service Delivery Coordinator Gipping Occupational Health have a strong reputation for providing high quality and comprehensive occupational health and wellbeing services throughout East Anglia.  We are looking for an experienced Scheduling and Service Delivery Coordinator to join our team on a part time basis (24 hours a week over 3 days) at our office in Needham Market, Suffolk.

Scheduling and Service Delivery Coordinators key focus is to deliver excellent customer service; schedule and arrange the services that our Occupational Health Advisors deliver to our customers and to arrange any required referrals to our wider multi-disciplinary team.

Reporting to the Team Leader you will also be responsible for the following:

  • Ensuring all equipment, records and travel arrangements are prepared for service visits
  • Business administration and record keeping
  • Establishing relationships with and supporting new customers and liaising with existing customers and clinical staff
  • Maintaining high standards of confidentiality at all times
  • Completing action points that arise from meetings

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  • Specific experience in coordinating logistics, bookings or appointments e.g. for service engineers, medical appointments or staff rotas on a large scale
  • Confidentiality is paramount and essential to have an understanding of current Data Protection legislation
  • Ability to problem solve, think quickly, multitask and work well under pressure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; should be very comfortable dealing with customers by telephone
  • Ability to listen well to gain a good understanding of client needs whilst being empathetic
  • Good IT skills, proficient with MS Outlook, Excel, Word and experienced in using a CRM system
  • Good geographical knowledge of Eastern Counties

This is a part time role covering 24 hours a week over 3 days (9am to 5pm).  Flexibility on days worked, will be discussed at interview stage.   Salary of £18,000 - £22,000 per annum (pro rata) is on offer depending on experience.
