We are currently seeking a suitably experienced, professional and friendly Sales Negotiator to join our client, a wonderful independent Estate Agency near Bury St Edmunds. Our client prides themselves on offering an outstanding and attentive service with the customer at the heart of everything that they do.

 

This very well established and successful team of four deliver a one of a kind, professional service to their customers and vendors. They have been successfully selling homes in and around Bury St Edmunds for over 15 years and have set themselves apart from other Estate Agencies with their supportive and knowledgeable service where every detail is carefully thought about and taken care of. They are approved members of The Guild of Professional Estate Agents and The Property Ombudsman and are genuinely passionate about delivering the very best service that they can!

 

With exceptional knowledge about the local area and market they are looking for someone to join their team who can deliver a Customer experience that goes above and beyond what other Estate Agencies in the area have to offer.

 

If you are a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who would like the opportunity to join an Estate Agency with a refreshingly different approach to selling homes then this could be a brilliant opportunity for you!

 

Within this role, the successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Work closely with clients to source their buyer, offering a supportive service to guide them through what can be an emotional journey.
  • Carefully inspect and photograph properties highlighting all of the best qualities as well as gaining key local information to present to prospective buyers.
  • Establish the clients financial status with regards to purchase and selling, offering advice and guidance when needed.
  • Negotiate best price possible for the client having established their buying position.
  • Offer exceptional and very attentive customer service to clients, keeping regular contact in regards to feedback, developments or changes in circumstances and always being prepared to keep them informed of the process and status of sale or purchase.
  • Pro- actively canvas to gain more house valuations and develop the companys portfolio.

Our client is seeking someone with prior experience of selling properties and delivering excellent levels of customer service, as well as the following:

  • Confident and approachable telephone manner
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • A pro-active and self-motivated can-do attitude to varying situations
  • A genuine passion for customer service
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Brilliant organisational and time-management skills
  • A clean driving licence is essential as you will be visiting properties in the local area

 

This is a 12 Month fixed term contract with the possibility to leading to a permanent role. The working hours are Monday Friday 08:30 17:30 and alternative Saturdays from 09:00 15:00 (When working a Saturday you will be given a day off in lieu during that week).
