Retail Cutting Department Manager
Based in Weybread, Nr Diss
The key elements of the role are to maximise profitability, reduce waste and develop continuing improvement strategies for the cutting department, whilst ensuring quality, legal and safety standards for all operational activities are maintained.
Ensure that target productivity level is achieved on a daily basis.
Maintain quality and legality of product produced in line with customer specifications and standards, ensuring GMP
and technical requirements are adhered to.
Work closely with other senior managers, investigate ways of improving product quality and customer satisfaction
Production areas are maintained to visit ready standard at all times.
Maintain Health and Safety practices.
Extensive experience of measuring and influencing KPI performance.
The successful candidate should have sound manufacturing knowledge and previous experience in a similar field. You must have the ability to work on your own ability whilst managing and motivating the team.
