Residential Support and Welfare Leader

37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

£21,223 -£23,041 per annum

 

We are looking for somebody to support our young people living in residential accommodation at Easton College. You will be committed to helping young people to achieve their potential and be experienced at working in a support and guidance role. The Residential Support and Welfare Leader is an interesting and varied role and you will provide a positive and supportive presence for all those living in our student accommodation. As an individual, you will need to have plenty of energy and inject creativity and fun, but above all you will consistently support and deliver quality care to our students. You will contribute to building on the success of the residential team. There is an opportunity with this role to live on campus.
