Residential Sales Manager - East Norfolk

We are looking for a Senior Negotiator/Valuer looking for their first role into management to run a profitable and well organised office providing an effective, efficient and professional estate agency service to customers of the company which is in line with statutory requirements and company policies and procedures You will encourage all staff to aim to exceed the standards of performance and targets set, optimising every opportunity to secure market appraisals, instructions, viewings, reservations/sales, mortgage and SHC introductions.

Previous Estate Agency experience is necessary, as is the ability to demonstrate a high standard of customer care/service. You must possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal and be able to deal with people
at all levels.

  • Full Training and Development  Company Car or Allowance (DOE)
