Looking for a role in Talent Acquisition where your complete focus is on candidate assessment?

Want the security and stability of working in a corporate environment for a global brand?

Fanatical about assessment in recruitment and want to be in a position that your insights have real impact?

You'll be a key (and highly respected) subject matter expert within the Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence of a high calibre HR department, working for a well-known, global technology brand. As one of the team responsible for ensuring that this highly successful corporation continues to grow by selecting the right people to join their teams across EMEA, you'll be in a position to have a real impact. Although the primary focus will be on supporting UK recruitment, there will be plenty of opportunity to get involved in international assignments and there will be a lot of variety in terms of the roles being assessed (with particularly large populations across sales and technical functions offering variety from entry to director level). You'll enjoy building relationships with colleagues from a variety of different cultures and won't be shy in offering an opinion; comfortable consulting, coaching and influencing.

The role is called a specialist for a reason, you'll know your way around competency based, biographical and psychometric assessment processes and assessment centres. It would suit someone that is either: currently working 'in-house' as an assessment specialist, a consultant seeking to move client side (think what your life would be like if you didn't have utilisation or business development targets) or a recruitment generalist with specific expertise in assessment that wants to specialise.
