Recruitment Administrator NES Healthcare is an award-winning market-leader in the provision of managed doctor services. Our tried-and-trusted pathway enables us to help hundreds of International Medical Graduates to establish their careers in the UK. We are now looking for an Recruitment Administrator to join our team based in Norwich, on a full-time permanent basis.

As Recruitment Administrator, you will offer an effective administration service to support the Recruitment Consultants as they deliver a high quality doctor service to the patients at NES client hospitals. This Recruitment Administrator will need to be an effective communicator and be confident in relaying feedback back to the Recruitment Consultants.  

The Recruitment Administrator responsibilities will include the following duties:

  • Liaising with candidates and the Recruitment Consultants throughout the recruitment process to ensure all required documents are provided on time, in order to make sure they are fully compliant to commence working in our client hospitals as Resident Medical Officers/Senior House Officers.
  • Keeping accurate records relating to each candidates status using spreadsheets, Outlook and Unicorn (our database).
  • Discussing and confirming Identity Documents for use in DBS Disclosure applications (formerly CRB applications).
  • Liaising with staff in our Aylesbury office where required.
  • Sending out Study Plans and chasing completion of pre course training to ensure the applicants are fully prepared for their courses.
  • Updating & amending doctors files.
  • Fielding phone calls.
  • Dealing with incoming post.

We are looking for applicants who have a good academic ability and strong communication skills. Candidates should also come from a people centred and high-pressured environment. Previous experience working within a service based business would be beneficial.

This is a full-time permanent role with office hours of Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. In return we are offering a competitive salary up to £18,000 per annum (depending on experience), discretionary company bonus twice a year and a generous holiday allowance.
