Project Manager Environmental Improvements
37.5 Hours pw, Full Time, Fixed Term Contract for 1 year
Salary Range:  £30,988 - £36,707 per annum
(Salary negotiable for an exceptional candidate)

A fixed term contract (one year) role has arisen for a well organised and self-motivated individual to support the Head of Corporate Services & Capital Development deliver the Environmental Improvement Programme and the Capital Development Programme at Saint Francis Hospice. You would join the team at an exciting time for the Hospice.  We are at the early stages of planning our Environmental Improvement and Capital Programmes. 

The successful candidate should have a Surveying background in either building or engineering disciplines that are linked to the Healthcare industry, be self-motivated, have experience and knowledge of Contract procedures and have good customer service skills to ensure the Environmental Improvement works are held in high esteem with Patients and Service Users.

The successful candidate will be required to work on own initiative and to work with and assist other posts if required.

We are committed to helping anyone in our Communities who is affected by life-limiting illness to receive excellent person-centred care.  All of our Teams are part of this journey and Environmental Improvement is critical to ensuring our staff have the necessary facilities and buildings infrastructure in place to support the delivery of Outstanding Care.
