A new permanent position for a Planning Manager / Director

Salary: starting at £57,700 per annum with excellent pension, health plan and other benefits.

Are you a positive and well organised member of the RTPI/ RICS who is used to taking the lead in the delivery of schemes in partnership with clients and others and are ready for the next step in your career?

We are looking for a Planning Manager/ Director or Associate Director to deal with a varied and exciting caseload.

You will play a keyrole in strategic land promotion, development appraisals and managing developments though the planning process on behalf of landowners, developers, local lanning authorities and others. Peparing project budgets project managing the planning stages of projects is an essential part of the role.You would also be involved in negotiating s106 terms with LPAs and others.

You will be an experienced and motivated individual and have a minimum of 6 years post-qualification experience.

Some experience in mentoring or supervising a team is desirable.

You will be an excellent verbal andwritten communicator and have good presentation skills.

The position based in Norfolk.
