£33,797 to £40,322 per annum

 

We are seeking a Partnerships Manager to develop and grow UEAs academic partnerships, which enable students to study for a UEA award with our broad range of partners. The successful applicant will join our small specialist Academic Partnerships team dedicated to providing a quality service to our partners. We are looking for a pro-active individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills and a desire to provide a high level of customer service. Experience of partnership working or external stakeholders is essential, as is a high level of professionalism.

 

You will act as a dedicated relationship manager for named partners, requiring strong negotiation skills in order to provide challenge and support, pursuing issues in a pro-active and consultative manner. This interesting and varied role requires a diplomatic, pragmatic and flexible approach to get the best outcomes for partners. You will take a business partner approach, monitoring performance and provide guidance to partners with regard to quality enhancement, compliance with University processes and development of higher education provision.

 

Frequent regional and national travel to partners is required, international travel may be required depending on partner institutions supported. You will also assist with the establishment and risk management of new partnerships and be responsible for the development and review of regulations and processes governing the Universitys partner provision. You will be able to satisfy all the essential criteria in the person specification for the post.

 

The post is available from 17 February 2020 or as soon as possible thereafter on a full-time, fixed term basis to cover a period of maternity leave.
