Part Time Administrator (Manufacturing) 

3 days per week (days to be flexible to suit candidate) 

25 hours per week ideally (again, to be flexible to suit candidate)

Beccles - Own transport is essential due to location 

Temporary - Permanent 

Hales Group are seeking a part time administrator to work for their successful and growing manufacturing Client in Beccles. Please note due to the location of this role, you will need your own transport to be considered. 

We are seeking a versatile individual to provide accurate support to the existing team; who is a self starter and can hit the ground running. 

You should be able to demonstrate good IT Skills, and a strong working knowledge of excel and similar software. You will hold good communication skills, and hold a positive and flexible attitude to any task given.

Duties will include but will not be limited to:

  • Speaking with suppliers via the telephone in relation to documentation 
  • Processing correct documentation including invoices
  • Working on project paperwork where needed 
  • Using Word and Excel, as well as in house systems
  • Record keeping and filing of various documents
  • Matching and batching delivery notes and invoices

The successful candidate MUST be competent with Microsoft Excel

This position is based on an initial temporary basis, so you will be available immediately for this role. This is a 12 week temporary to permanent contract, with a permanent offer being made on successful completion of temporary assignment.
