Due to the growth of our Domiciliary and Healthcare divisions, we are recruiting staff to work with our Out Of Hours Team.

You will have an excellent customer service approach, a good level of computer skills and I T knowledge, a background in Healthcare and previous co-ordinating would be an advantage. You need to have the ability to remain calm under pressure.

You will be required for early starts and late evenings, with weekends being part of the role requirement. Patience and empathy to the job role a must. Bank holidays including Christmas/ new year's is also a requirement.

Our dedicated Oncall staff also provide support to our Branches when there is annual leave/sickness, therefore, you may have the opportunity to travel and meet our teams in other branches.

You will be reliable with a high standard of integrity and be able to be flexible in your approach to working hours.

Working hours we are looking for are as follows;

Tuesday-06:30-09:00 + 17:15-22:15
Wednesday-06:30-09:00 + 17:15-22:15
Friday-06:30-09:00 :15-22:15

Weekends are 06:30-14:30
