Online Customer Service Manager

Due to rapid expansion within the business, we now have a newly created, exciting and ever-changing role available.


To be a great fit for the role, you will be required to manage and build our existing Online Customer Service team, multi-task and cope with a fast paced ever-changing environment, focus on meeting and exceeding the companys SLAs and achieving high levels of customer service.

Whilst full training will be provided, the successful candidate will need the following skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • The ability to manage people and workloads

  • Competency in Excel, Word and Outlook

  • Willingness to learn and embrace multi-software systems

  • A good telephone manager

  • Reliable and a good time keeper

  • A positive can-do attitude

In return, we offer a highly competitive starting salary package (£22k - £25k DOE) and 20 days holiday plus bank holidays.
