Full-time Omnia Recovery Manager

Salary £28,017 per annum
37.5 hours per week

Norwich & Central Norfolk Mind has a great opportunity to offer a position to a confident recovery focused Manager to lead and co-ordinate the delivery of a personalised, recovery-focused 24 hour residential programme.

The successful candidate will manage a 24 hour programme that creates connections and an environment where people feel they can step into recovery and begin to make sense of their experience and what they want.

Omnia is a well-respected service which from 1st April has been awarded 5 years funding to provide a service that is safe, consistent and effective to enable recovery focused support to people to help them with their journey. We are committed to ensuring every interaction with a person who accesses our service helps develop relationships and provides an environment where they feel they can follow their interests and goals and enable them to step into recovery.

Applicants need to have a good knowledge of mental health, wellbeing and an understanding of recovery practice. They must also have experience of leading a team in a care home environment and delivering quality care that meets CQC standards.

An NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care is essential.
