OFFICE MANAGER

WFW is a well established independent financial advice and wealth management firm based in central Ipswich. We specialise in retirement and investment planning and portfolio management. The business has been established for over 25 years and now, following some restructuring, we are expanding to - meet the demand for our services.

We now need an experienced office manager. We are looking for someone with fresh ideas and innovation to create a more organised cohesive business and staff environment.

We are looking for applicants with the following skillset:

- At least one year's management experience
- Background in financial services
- Excellent organisation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Innovative * Self-motivated
- Willing to go above and beyond
- Keen to help progress the business and staff forward
- Able to manage a team of various skill sets
- Able to both motivate and discipline staff
- Proficient in Microsoft office; Word, Excel, Outlook
- Ability to adapt to back office and IT systems

You will be working closely with the senior partner and report to him, you will assist him with business management and banking requirements as well as all staffing management.

DUTIES:

- Management of staff, including annual leave and time management as well as assisting with any human resource's issues
- Organise and host staff reviews
- Implement new systems and processes for staff management
- Implement new systems for business development
- Oversee work events
