Royston Town Council Part Time Office Administrator and Mayor's
Secretary
Royston Town Council is looking for a part time organised and efficient administrator to join our small team. This is a varied and interesting role and you will be responsible for dealing with bookings for the Council's halls, organising the caretakers' rota, health and safety duties, monitoring property repairs, general enquiries, undertaking the role of Mayor's secretary and general administration. Training will be provided. Good communication and computer skills essential.
25 hours per week, 9.15am to 2.15pm Monday to Friday with occasional flexibility required to cover leave.
Salary: Scale points 15-17 -£17,072 to £17,772 per annum, depending on experience (pro rata for 25 hours £11,535 to £12,008 per annum). Automatic enrolment into the Council's pension scheme.
