Office Administrator
Fleur Homes are an award-winning property developer based in Holt with onsite operations mainly in Suffolk, Norwich and North Norfolk.  Due to continued expansion we now seek an experienced Office Administrator to join our small, friendly team.

The duties shall include;

Incoming telephone calls, meet & greet visitors, managing deliveries, incoming & outgoing post, general administrative duties & office support tasks, organise meetings incl. refreshments, provide admin support to the Site Managers & Board Directors, communicate with customers, suppliers and staff via email & telephone.

Ideally the correct candidate shall have the following profile;
Previous experience as an Office Administrator or relevant administrative role, confident & professional telephone manner, thorough understanding of office procedures, organisational & time management skills, good verbal communication skills, competent in Microsoft Office, touch type & dictation, organise work effectively and work as part of a team.

For the ideal candidate, we shall be able to make the following offer;

Great working environment from our lovely new office in Holt, on-site parking, on-going training, 35 hours per week, 5 days a week, workplace pension and good rates of pay for the perfect candidate.
