Due to the continued expansion and success of the Land & New Homes Department, we have a vacancy for a New

Home Sales Manager.

Key Reponsibilities

- To forge and develop relationships with developers in the area and capitalise on this

- Winning instructions to new sites Gaining and keeping sole agency

- Ensuring the relationship is developed and maintained to a high standard

- Ensuring that the developers look to William H Brown as first choice for an agent

Skills Required

- A proven track record in Estate Agency and / or New Homes sales development and background to work within a

target-orientated environment is essential.

- Strong organisational and time management skills Experience of leading and developing a small team is desirable

- Ability to meet deadlines Keen eye for details Exceptional verbal and written communications skills

- Ability to work under pressure Able to work alone as well as part of a team

- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office products Full driving licence
