Marketing Manager We are MAD-HR. Making a difference is what we do to companies across Suffolk, Norfolk, Cambridgeshire and North Essex, by providing customer focused, premier, flexible, outsourced HR support. We formed 4 years ago and as a result of our continued growth, we are looking to recruit a part-time Marketing Manager to join us on an exciting journey. This new role is an opportunity to be a fundamental part of growing a highly successful HR consultancy business.

Our ideal Marketing Manager will be an enthusiastic, B2B marketer to drive and implement MAD-HRs marketing strategy. This is a standalone part-time role where you will be required to work independently from home, with some regional travel. You will produce an online and offline marketing strategy, and implementation plans for MAD-HR, adding value straight away.

Key responsibilities:

  • Create objectives across multiple channels and measure performance
  • Launch new products with a clear focus on our key audiences, branding standards and to an agreed timeline
  • Lead generation and conversion of online sales for the HR toolkit
  • Design and implement content based on the agreed corporate guidelines using InDesign or similar tools
  • Act as a brand guardian ensuring the correct message is displayed across all channels
  • Create, maintain and update information on digital platforms including website, e-newsletters, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn to reach new and existing audiences
  • Direct, detailed involvement with all digital marketing developments, such as e-commerce website, content creation, social media strategy, lead pages, SEO and PPC
  • Creation and delivery of regular and ad-hoc reports using Google Analytics and Data Suite, with analysis of performance and recommendations for improvements, always ensuring ROI
  • Managing PR and content activity build relationships with key media partners, write and issue press releases, features and blogs
  • Be responsible for administration and management of marketing databases
  • Plan and coordinate MAD-HR exhibition event calendar, identifying new events within our key target market and managing the whole event process
  • Ability to create original, high-quality copy for web and print purposes
  • Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and customer trends
  • Able to prioritise workloads and deadlines, whilst delivering high quality, error free output

Skills and attributes required:

  • Experience of working with websites on a WordPress platform youll need to know your visual composer from your alt-tags, as well as basic HTML
  • Understanding of SERPS and experiential marketing
  • Sound knowledge of communications, marketing and digital content production
  • Excellent time management skills with ability to achieve targets and work to tight deadlines

This part-time role requires the ideal candidate to work 14 hours per week, spread across Monday to Friday and on offer is a salary of up to £28,000 pro rata.
