Hours of work Monday Friday 8am-4pm with a 30 minute unpaid break
Salary H3 / H4 depending on experience
Actual salary £15,055 / £15,899
To start as soon as possible

We are looking for a well organised and caring individual to join the school to deliver and lead the first aid provision in the school.

Ideally the successful candidate will be medically trained or hold a valid first aid at work certificate, as administering first aid to staff and students is a priority in this role. Excellent interpersonal skills are needed as you will be required to look after students and meet with parents/carers and health care professionals on a regular basis.

Experience using Microsoft Office and a good level of literacy and numeracy is essential, as accurate accounts of medication, health care plans and daily first aid records and reporting are required.

The reception and first aid area is very busy and is a hive of activity. You should be enthusiastic, professional and willing to take on a range of duties to meet the varying needs of the school.   

Experience of working within a school/with young people is desirable but not essential.
