Lead Clerk and Administrator.

 

37 hours per week school term time and Non Pupil Days. Grade E Actual Salary £18,685 - £22,403 per annum (subject to Job Evaluation)

 

The Tarka Learning Partnership is a newly formed Multi Academy Trust comprising of 1 secondary (to Join Feb '19), 5 primaries, Devon Teaching School and the Devon Primary SCITT. We are seeking to appoint a Lead Clerk/Administrator to the Trust central team. This post is an exciting opportunity for candidates who wish to further their career within a clerking and administrative context. The post holder will play a critical role in supporting the Board of Directors and Clerks to the Local Governing Bodies, ensuring timely information flows and providing support and guidance to the Clerks across a range of settings. This element of the role will require flexibility to attend some evening meetings.

 

Administrative duties will be many and varied including front of house. This post will also act as Data Protection Officer and will provide a supporting role to schools in meeting compliance with GDPR.

The post is based within the Trust central team, currently within Newport Community School but will, in time, move to the new school to be built in Roundswell.
