Freebridge Community Housing was set up in 2006 and now manages around 7,000 homes and 17 sheltered schemes in West Norfolk.
We employ around 200 people, including our own Property Services team of operatives. We are investing on average £8m annually in the local economy, meaning that we are having a big impact within our local communities. As part of the e2 consortium, our combined aim is to build strong and sustainable communities by providing high quality affordable homes within well designed neighbourhoods.

We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills and knowledge of HR processes and policies balanced with a keen commitment to helping people to be the best they can be.
Reporting to the Director of Corporate Services & Culture, you will lead the HR Team to ensure that proactive priorities are delivered alongside meeting the reactive needs of the organisation. You will manage and develop, recruitment processes, employee relations, employee benefits, recognition & reward, training and development and ensure that policies and managers are updated to current legislation.
With Chartered membership you will have previous experience of delivering information and advice at a strategic level.
