We are looking to recruit Home Care Workers/Community Care Support Workers to join our team and be part of our exciting new venture in providing care and support enabling people to remain living independently at home. This service will operate out of our Extra Care Housing Scheme at The Old Maltings in Swaffham and so the opportunity is also available to work in both the community and the scheme if this is something you are interested in doing.

Hales Care uses a personalised approach to support our service users to regain and retain independence and remain in their own homes for as long as possible.

  • Permanent contracts of employment with guaranteed hours* (T & C’s apply)
  • Flexible working hours including various full or part-time shift patterns including evenings and weekends

Our Care Workers assist our Service Users:

  • An active team player with good communication skills both written and verbal
