Local Health Network Managers
Salary: £28,857 - £33,907 p.a.

Home Based with the flexibility to travel within: Cambridgeshire & Peterborough, Norfolk, Suffolk and Hertfordshire

Fixed term contracts until 31 March 2021, with the possibility to extend

Shaw Trust is a progressive charity on an exciting journey to help five times more people over the next five years. For over 30 years we have supported disabled and disadvantaged people to make positive changes to their lives through training and employment, and our ambitious plans need the right people to help us transform many more lives, in many more ways.

As well as employment services, we work with kids in schools, help offenders in prisons, and empower people to take part in activities that many of us would take for granted.

If you are looking for an exciting, fulfilling role, with the benefit of knowing that you have helped turn someones life around, then why not join us now?

We are looking for people with a background in health and social care contract management, or community capacity building, to shape service provision across a large geographical area.

Providing vision and direction, you will lead the development of a local network of providers and interventions, ensuring the success of our community-based approach and building strong collaborative working arrangements with an extensive partnership network.

You will monitor Support Workers on the Work and Health Programme who are responsible for guiding participants to access interventions, and you will analyse performance (uptake/capacity/innovation/changing needs/impact).

An important part of the role is to ensure providers are delivering assurance and quality to H&WB standards, the Biopsychosocial model and 5 Ways to wellbeing.

You will have experience of managing a wide range of contracts, together with a proven track record of relationship building, aimed at increasing capacity with providers and motivating them to continuously improve.

Achieving KPIs and targets will be second nature to you, and you will have the expertise to resolve complex issues, as well as analyse and interpret data to inform decisions on adapting/changing service provision.

An understanding of how the development of community-based services impacts the lives of people with health challenges is essential, as is the ability to stay focused, while working under pressure. For further information, and to apply, please select the ''apply via website'' button  quoting reference number 21427.

Closing date: 30 August 2020.
However, we will bring forward the closing date should we receive a high level of response.

Shaw Trust is committed to a policy of equality of opportunity and inclusion. We are Disability Confident Leaders, support the guaranteed interview scheme and use of the governments Access to Work scheme. Living our values, we are keen to reflect the diversity of UK society at every level within our organisation. We welcome applications from all sections of the community including

from people with lived-experience and/or knowledge of disability or social exclusion. If you have accessibility requirements and would like information in a different format, email: HRService.Centre@shaw-trust.org.uk to make alternative arrangements.
