We are now looking to recruit a head of MFL (Spanish & French). As the head of department, you will develop and lead an exciting knowledge-based curriculum which enables the highest levels of pupil progress and attainment.
Hethersett Academy is looking for strong middle leaders who seek the opportunity to be part of school transformation and, in doing so, gain advancement to senior leadership positions within Hethersett Academy or other network schools within the Inspiration Trust.
We offer opportunities to take leadership of a whole school project alongside your middle leadership role, support with the NPQSL or other agreed leadership training, and associate membership of the senior leadership team as a professional development opportunity.
We regularly review our practices to ensure that teachers can concentrate on teaching and students on learning. This includes a rigorous behaviour policy where every member of the school community takes responsibility for their actions.
