In our Barnstaple office, you will be part of a friendly and relaxed working environment with our small team. Working hours are 8.30am 5pm, Monday Friday.


Job Description


Were looking for an enthusiastic Graduate Data Analyst to join our support team and test our customers live telecom networks by performing manual and automated test events and analysing the results to identify and measure any inaccuracies in the service.


Key tasks and objectives

  • Perform manual smartphone tests by making calls, sending messages and using Data on test Sims
  • Use our automated Test Call system to generate large volumes of test events on live telecom networks
  • Accurately record manual tests for importing into our system
  • You will analyse the data test results, generate reports and communicate the findings to the Team Leader and Technical Manager
  • Identify and record any errors/bugs encountered in the software
  • Construct SQL queries to interrogate the database
  • Generate accurate excel reports
  • Assist with projects to meet the needs of an ever expanding business.

Qualifications and experience

  • Minimum of Technical A Level or Level 3 BTEC in a related subject.

Special requirements/Additional Information

  • Full UK Driving License and own vehicle transport desirable
