Ryco Coatings are currently seeking an experienced Financial Co-ordinator to join the Financial Team on a full time (Mon-Fri) and permanent basis. This is a unique and exciting opportunity as you will be
undertaking and coordinating a variety of financial support functions for the Finance Director. Primary objectives of the role are to plan, co-ordinate and report upon the administrative elements financial reporting and the interpretation of management information and KPIs.

We are therefore seeking an individual who has worked within a manufacturing environment for a minimum of 3 years.

The successful applicant will work alongside a small and motivated team of professionals and will provide efficient support across the business. You will be required to turn your hand to a number of tasks. Communication is essential as you will be required to liaise with both colleagues and third parties.

This is a crucial role within Ryco Coatings; we are therefore seeking a positive individual who is happy to take on any task. You will provide essential support for your team and will be the "go to" person for financial advice. A "can do" attitude along with a positive personality is essential!


Responsibilities:

  • Complete internal finance reporting requirements, support in the provision of financial and commercial information for site management.

  • Undertake day to day support of all aspects of the finance function

  • Assisting in organising and managing the financial performance management framework

  • Support the production of budgets, forecasts and analysis of cost KPIs.

  • Assist with the focus on improved targets and robust financial processes.

  • Provision of accurate, timely and reliable reporting information on a weekly/ periodical basis.

  • Provide meaningful interpretation of weekly and monthly financial reporting and to produce within strict timescales

  • Trend analysis Operational Financial Management information

  • Implementation and continuous revision of departmental processes and procedures

  • Utilising internal management information databases to create reports for financial management and KPI preparation and development

Skills Required:

  • Ideally AAT Level 3 Diploma in Accounting or working towards it
  • A minimum of 3 years financial administration experience within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong organisational and timekeeping skills
  • Strong communication and customer services skills
  • Microsoft Office and Sage Accounting experience is essential
