Field Sales Executive / Consultant  Zedbox is the UKs leading Garden Annex Brand, and are a fast growing Internationally focused business have a fantastic opportunity for a Field Sales Executive / Consultant in our new headquarters in Rougham, Bury St Edmunds.

Due to immense growth this fantastic company now require an energetic and experienced Field Sales Executive / Consultant to join their team. As a Field Sales Executive / Consultant will be joining a growing team and will be involved with the day to day sales function for B2C markets for this market leading brand.

  • A substantial and consistent national marketing campaign drives qualified enquiries which you will then verify and follow up with a requested consultation at the clients own home.  You will establish the clients requirements and create a specification from the extensive range of buildings.
  • We maintain an active market-leading, national marketing program to generate enquiries so this is not a lead generation role.  The successful candidate will be results-driven and able to offer a consultative service to potential customers in an empathetic and friendly manner.
  • Working with our Client Support team based in Suffolk, the role involves UK wide travel with potential overnight stays. Full training provided

Key Responsibilities

  • Verify and validate incoming enquiries
  • You will provide advice, guidance and arrange your own site surveys
  • Manage and organize a diary to optimise your week
  • Conduct site visits which include face-to-face customer consultation and garden survey (each approx. 90mins)
  • Interpreting customer requirements and creating suitable solutions from the various ranges
  • Create a detailed customer specification
  • Closing and completing sales by phone/email
  • Develop relationships with customers in person and via telephone and emails to ensure queries, concerns and support is appropriately provided
  • Feed back market and customer information
  • Detailed use of the CRM
  • Involvement with product development, special promotions and competitor analysis

The successful candidate will have a proven, high-achieving track record in a reactive B2C sales role and will be able to demonstrate working to and achieving monthly targets. Experience within estate agency, property development, home improvement or interior design markets will be a distinct advantage.


On offer is an attractive basic salary of £31000 with uncapped OTE up to £54000 per annum, plus a company car.
