The Trustees of the Rightforsuccess Trust are seeking to appoint a Health and Safety and Operational Premises Manager to work under the direction of the Director of Operations.

 

Rightforsuccess is currently a 6 academy Trust that is continually growing and evolving. The Health and Safety and Operational Premises Manager is a new key role that will ensure that the Trust can expand safely and effectively in their current and future premises. The successful applicant will be able to shape the role using their skills, qualifications and experience to implement best practice into every aspect of academy and Trust work and to progress within the Trust.

 

The main responsibilities of the role will include the strategic management of Health and Safety for the Rightforsuccess Trust along with the day to day management of the site/premises work and team management. The successful applicant will work closely with the Services and Planned Projects Manager who has responsibility, amongst others, for the catering and cleaning for all the Trust academies and offices and the management of planned new buildings.

 

There will be a requirement to possess a NEBOSH qualification and, if the successful applicant does not hold one, they will need to commit to complete the training for this certification.

 

The role will be primarily based at Sewell Park Academy with the need to travel to all the Trust sites as the role requires.
